1. How far in advance should I book my ride?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability. However, we offer same-day booking when possible, so call us to check availability.
2. Can I schedule recurring appointments?
Absolutely. We specialize in ongoing transportation for dialysis, physical therapy, and regular doctor visits. Set up your recurring schedule once, and we will handle the rest.
3. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Please call us at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. We understand medical appointments can change, and we are flexible with rescheduling at no extra charge.

1. Do you provide assistance getting in and out of vehicles?
Yes. Our drivers provide door-to-door assistance and can help you safely enter and exit the vehicle. For wheelchair users, we secure all equipment and provide full assistance.

All our drivers are background-checked and CPR certified. Our vehicles are regularly inspected, fully insured, and equipped with safety features. We follow all medical transportation safety standards.
3. Can family members ride with me?
Yes, one family member or caregiver can accompany you at no additional charge. If you need to bring someone along, just let us know when scheduling your ride.
